Artiste Profile: Meet Poeguy, The New Rapper Who Is Making Waves In The Music Industry In Ghana
Rap artiste, Poeguy, born Appiah-Kubi Cosmos is a new artiste who is fast gaining roots and fans in the music scene in Ghana.
Poeguy had his primary education at Army Jhs at Barracks, his secondary at, Presec Bechem and tertiary at, Wesley College.
Poeguy who hails from Obuasi, in the Ashanti Region of Ghana is a multi talented rap artiste who blends English and Ghanaian Language (Asante Twi) to have a unique body of rap work. Poeguy always had the passion for music and had been rapping since childhood but started his music career officially in 2017. His recent project, Guyguy is out already and it’s being appreciated in the music market.
His music is inspired by most of African rappers like, MI, Ice Prince, Sarkodie, etc but his core inspiree is rap artiste Drake from USA.
It is Poeguy’s dream to be the favorite rapper of all eyes in Ghana, Africa and the diaspora at large. He also promises to give out nothing but the best of music experience to his fans.
