I derive pleasure in raping old women in farms – Suspect tells police
A farmer, Stephen John, has revealed he derives so much pleasure in raping old women in their farms in Ore, Ondo State.
The farmer was arrested by police detectives in the state after he raped a lady who was sent on an errand by her mother.
He reportedly grabbed the victim and dragged her into the bush where he had carnal knowledge of her at about 7:00 am.
State police commissioner, Bolaji Salami, described the suspect as a serial rapist, adding that he ambushed and raped women in their farms within Ore axis.
On August 5, it was reported that the mother of the victim filed a report at the police station as to how Stephen defiled her daughter.
Following her report, the suspect was arrested and three other victims reported that he had raped them at their different farmlands using a cutlass to frighten them into submission.
In an interview with Vanguard News, he said he enjoyed raping them in their farms.
“You know that old women don’t have the strength to struggle with me and they can’t shout much and the farm is usually a lonely place,” he said.
When asked why he opted for a younger girl this time, which exposed him, the suspect said he was pressed and when he waited endlessly and couldn’t find his choice, he took advantage of the younger lady who walked into his hands.

The Black Sheep of NDC: Mfantsiman Cries Out for Relief – Journalist Bemoans

In a stark contrast to the efforts of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama’s administration and various government officials, one member of parliament has been singled out for neglect and ineptitude. Hon. Ebenezer Prince Arhin (PhD), the MP for Mfantsiman Constituency, has been accused of failing his constituents amidst a severe water crisis.
The Mfantsiman Constituency has been grappling with an acute water shortage since October of last year, affecting the livelihoods of indegenes and non-natives alike. The situation is dire, with families struggling to access clean water for basic needs. Patients at clinics and hospitals require water for hygiene, and families are forced to carry buckets of water to healthcare facilities.
The water crisis has had far-reaching consequences, including:
– Contributing to a widespread cholera outbreak in Biriwa, a town under the constituency.
– Increased expenses for civil servants, such as teachers, nurses, and police officers, who must purchase water for daily use.
– Late arrivals to workplaces due to the quest for water.
– Estimated bills from the Ghana Water Company remain high despite lack of water supply.
The cost of water has skyrocketed, with a gallon selling for 7 cedis. Residents are forced to pay for transportation if they are not near the source of distribution.
Although there have been nothing like an official statement to this effect, the MP’s sympathizers claim that the main source of water to the reservoir that treats and pumps water to various houses in the constituency has dried up and that the rains will bring relief. However, despite continuous rainfall for over a month, taps remain dry.
The people of Mfantsiman are urging their MP to take their plight seriously and lobby for solutions. If not, the NDC may face consequences in the constituency, where residents are increasingly feeling neglected. They believe this NDC administration hastens in quests to solve issues that bothers citizens, and the powers that are in charge and can help obliterate this menace will bring great relief to the constituents.
The question remains: will Hon. Ebenezer Prince Arhin (PhD) heed the call and work towards resolving the water crisis, or will he continue to be the “black sheep” of the NDC?

Shatana Drops Fresh Visuals Of Controversial “Lipo Lipo” Song

The queen of conscious music in Ghana, Shatana has released the visuals of her much anticipated song, “Lipo Lipo”. “Lipo Lipo” which is a fancy way of referring to the term, “Liposuction” which is the technique in cosmetic surgery for removing excess fat from under the skin by suction. The excess fat is mostly infused to the butts to make them bigger.
This practice has been the order of the day where even celebrities are involved and normalizing it . This in turn is psyching the youth to get involved with the act . Shatana as a musician and social vigilante released “Lipo Lipo” to counteract the routine which is fast becoming normal in the society. She enlightened the effects of the procedure, and touched on the pride of staying natural and the confidence it carries.
Owing to the didactic nature of the song, it garnered massive airplays on radio spaces. This informed Shatana’s team to get a video done, which they did. The music video adores culture and purity, the virtue of staying original and default was strongly advocated in the video. Also, art was a tool that was colourfully displayed to reverence the artiste’s stand or believe on the subject matter.
Without wetting your appetite further, I present to you, the visuals of “Lipo Lipo” by Shatana. Watch, enjoy and share the video and song from below.
