It was of a great endorsement to versatile Afrobeat singer, Tony Dath yesterday when multiple award winning radio presenter, Frimpong Agyei Christian proclaimed live on Anigye Mmere on Onua Fm.
Christian Agyei Frimpong made this assertion on air because he was wowed by Tony Dath‘s prowess in music. Tony Dath was on tour to promote his newest single, ‘Kontonpo‘. He had a section on Anigye Mmere on Onua Fm with Christian Agyei Frimpong. He performed the song live on radio and it really swept away Christian. He instantly fell in love with Tony‘s style and told him he would have a bright future.
During the interview, Tony Dath talked about his newest single ‘Kontonpo’ and how his life has been, how he got into music and where he is headed towards. The most captivating part was when Tony was asked how he composed his music. He requested for a beat and the freestyle he did on the beat, sealed his spot in the presents, Christian‘s heart.
Christian Agyei Frimpong then appealed to Dan Lartey, a board member of the VGMAs to consider Tony Dath on their next nominees selection because he’s got it all.
